Terms & Conditions of Enrolment
Please read the following conditions carefully and contact info@jetenglish.com if you need any further information.

1. Enrolment, Home stay placement and Airport Pick-up fees are not refundable.
2. Tuition fees are refundable in full if a visa application is rejected and the official Embassy rejection advice is made available to JEC. Cancellation and refund requests to JEC should be made immediately after receipt of the visa rejection advice and in writing.
3. Refund tuition fee percentage is as following the list.
   

   Before 4 weeks to enrolment date.	100%
   Less than 4 weeks to enrolment date.	70%
   Less than 2 weeks to enrolment date.	50%
   After enrolment date.	0%

   All cancellation requests should be made in writing.
4. If you cancel your enrolment on or after your start date the tuition fees will not be refunded or transferred.
5. Refunds are not paid direct to you in Australia but in your home country, and will be paid within one month of receipt by JEC of the written cancellation request. If you enroll through a representative the refund will be paid through that representative. Tuition fee are not transferable to another person.
6. If you cancel your home stay request with less than 4 weeks’notice you may be liable for payment of the first 2weeks. You are required to give 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to cancel your home stay after commencement. Special cancellation fees may apply for other accommodation arrangements.
7. JEC reserves the right to change its fees, conditions, cancel or defer courses, and to alter course timetables and class locations at any time without notice.
8. Any school-aged dependants accompanying overseas students to Australia will be to pay full fees if they are enrolled in either a government or non-government school.
9. No smoking is allowed on JEC premises.
10. JEC students are required to follow Government requirements for international students and obey Australian law.
11. JEC students are expected to behave in a courteous and considerate manner towards JEC staff and other students.
12. Holiday: Should a student wish to take time off during their period of enrolment. They should inform a member of staff. If during their absence classes should change JEC will place them in the most appropriate class at the time they wish to study. Students may not change class time.
13. If a student takes a holiday and returns to the same class, it should be expected that they will have missed some pieces of work. Normally this will revised later.
14. Only students from the evening classes will receive an extra class in the event of a public holiday.
15. If you can produce a doctor’s certificate to explain any absence for medical Reasons then JEC will allow you to make up for the day missed at the end of your course.
16. Please come to lessons on time, otherwise you might not be permitted to join your class.
17. Please turn off mobile phones during the lesson
18. Do not eat or drink in the classrooms or at the computers.　You can bring only water into the classrooms.

19. I declare that the information I have provided in this application form is complete and correct.
    I understand that giving false, misleading or incomplete information may result in the refusal of my application or termination of my enrolment.
    I agree to abide by the Cancellation and Refund Policy as listed on this form. I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of my enrolment at JEC.
